  • 4 center-cut pork chops, bone-in
  • 1 and 1/3 tsp Goya Adobo seasoning (with pepper)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can (15 ounces) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 large white onion, sliced
  • 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) Fra Diavolo sauce

  1. Season the pork chops with the Adobo seasoning (1/3 tsp per pork chop).

  2. In a large deep frying pan with a lid, add the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.

  3. Brown the pork chops in the olive oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side (do it in batches if they don't all fit in the pan at one time).

  4. While the pork chops are browning, drain your green beans and mushrooms, and slice up your onion and green peppers.

  5. Once the pork chops have browned, remove them from the pan and add in all of the remaining ingredients (except for the Fra Diavolo sauce).

  6. Cook the vegetables, uncovered, over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and caramelize (about 15 minutes).

  7. Add the Fra Diavolo sauce to the pan, and stir until combined with the vegetables. Nestle the pork chops in the vegetable sauce, then cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
